In these difficult times for the whole society, the above-standard relationships of VŠEMvs with foreign partners prove to be extremely important. Based on many years of partnership and friendly relations with representatives of the Ningbo University of Finance & Economics in Zheijang Province, People's Republic of China, the Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs of our university in cooperation with the Chairman of the board of VŠEMvs participated on activites thanks to which our university has received a donation of surgical masks.
The shipment arrived in Bratislava on Wednesday April 1st and it is not a first-April prank. The rector of VŠEMvs, following the recommendation of the Crisis Staff, will decide how to distribute those protective masks as needed. However, it is already clear that, if necessary, we can arrange the final state examinations so that every participating student will have protective equipment in the building.
Rector of VŠEMvs Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Viera Cibákova, CSc. on behalf of the entire VŠEMvs management, academic staff, support staff, and students, thanked the President of Ningbo University of Finance & Economics for the donation and assistance.
